Described Video
Described Video is a narrated description of a film’s main visual elements, such as settings, body language and character details. It is an audio track for a visually impaired audience and has been mandated by FCC and CRTC.
Described video can also include acting out subtitled dialogue in character as needed.
The team at Sync Media carefully writes the DV script, produces the voice overs and create either a mix down or provides an audio file to import onto your NLE timeline.
